What People Are Saying:

“ADAC Automotive has been working with CUP-Health since October 2015. In that short time, we have seen an increase in our Employee Assistance Plan utilization from a total of 4 in both 2014 and 2015 combined, to over 75 thus far through [August] 2016. CUP-Health is on-site two days per week with ADAC and does not simply sit in the office and wait for associates to come to them. They are walking and working the manufacturing floor, marketing the services to the associates directly at their work stations and are educating and informing these associates about the social, legal, financial, and traditional employee assistance plans which are available and applicable to their individual needs. CUP-Health is a true business partner who brings ideas and solutions to the table.”

"We could have never received this kind of service and support from a 1-800 number".

“I am very excited about our new preferred partner CUP-Health. Their comprehensive services go far beyond the typical expectations of an EAP. While the traditional model is passive, CUP-Health is anything but. Besides their utilization percentages nearing 9% rather than the national (and regional) averages of 3%; the services and resources are readily available and preventative in early stages to not only work on the absenteeism/turnover issues but the myriad of overlooked issues including lack of focus, missed deadlines, coworker conflicts, employee accidents, etc., that costs employers everyday.”

Employers Association of West Michigan

"CUP Health does a great job working with our employees who are out on Short Term Disability (STD) or Family Medical Leave (FMLA) who may be dealing with drugs or alcohol issues. Combining their help with this issue is imperative to ensuring our employees have an avenue to successfully return to work and stay working. Opioids are currently the most dispensed drug on our health plan. With opioid and prescription drug addiction on the rise, it is essential to aggressively work to try to reduce this number and CUP Health is playing a major role in this initiative. CUP is such a trusted partner that we are hoping to give them access to some of our Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) reports regarding our claims to allow them to start care management earlier than later."
